GrowthDigiTech provides web development, mobile and desktop application development, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and branding services as agreed in individual project proposals.
Project pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate quote or agreement provided before work begins.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g. website code, designs, branding assets) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GrowthDigiTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of delivered websites, applications, or marketing campaigns beyond the agreed project scope.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
